New àla carte menu Posted: 11-05-2010 00:00 in category New Menu
Now when the spring is here, and soon also the summer, we take the opportunity to change the menu in the restaurant. On the menu you will find, among other things, wonderfully good asparagus, scallops, grilled fillet of turbot with lobster and lemon butter. Of course, we will keep some of our specialties on the menu, for instance Toast Skagen and smoked shrimps.Welcome! /Helene Click here to comment! Everything has to be ready today. Now the scent of Christmas spices linger all over and the traditional dishes are prepared. There is full production and everyone has to know what they are going to do, a little bit hysteric but somehow I love the feeling... //Stefan |

Posted: 10-11-2009 00:00 in category At Stallmästaregården| I have bought 12 geese from the South of Sweden (Skåne), that I have stuffed with apples and plums. They have been carefully prepared and are now in the oven. It's very important that they don't dry up. The black soup is also ready and the applecake with vanilla sauce as well. Mårten's Day was historically the start of a 40 days lent, leading up to Christmas and was an occasion to gorge oneself. We are serving our classic Goose dinner 10-12 November. Very welcome! // Stefan and the Stallis Staff |
